OUR POLICIES
When you book an appointment at Stormie Skin & Wellness, You are agreeing to the terms of all our policies stated on the website and square booking site. These policies help us run smoothly and safely in our space, therefore there is no exceptions. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding.
No kids allowed -
Although we love your little ones, we can not accommodate them at your appointment. Please let us know PRIOR to your appointment if this is an issue. Our insurance does not cover children in our small space. If you come in with your child, we will have to cancel your scheduled time and it will result in a fee.
No Call - No Shows
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without any form of communication with your provider, you will be charged 100% of the service you had booked. We will charge the card on file for you. If the card declines, you must pay the fee before you can schedule another appointment with us.
Late cancels
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service you had booked. If the card on file declines, you must pay the fee before you can schedule another appointment with us.
Late to your appt
If you show up more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will owe 50% of the service. Being on time is extremely important for the quality of service and to help us run our schedule smoothly. Our appointments are back to back so every minute matters. Thank you for helping us out.
Product returns
Products purchased that are left unopened can be returned within 3 days of purchase date. Any product that has been opened can not be returned under any circumstances. Thank you for understanding.
